The Key Ingredient to a Culture of Accountability and Engagement
The word “accountability” often times has a negative connotation. We often associate accountability with punitive action, finger-pointing, and legalistic restrictions. “Engagement” at the individual, departmental, or corporate level has the potential to be a powerful, synergistic movement. However, without engagement, even day-to-day operations can be challenging. But what if accountability and engagement were a part of a three-stranded cord that could not easily be broken? What if the key to you having a culture of accountability and engagement has been right under your noses the whole time?
