Sonya Guy with the DCH Employee Assistance Program will speak to us about Stress Management.
Sonya attended The University of Alabama where she received her MA in Community Counseling. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Sonya focuses on individual, marital, and family therapy/counseling (cognitive-behavioral); stress and anger management; adolescent behavior problems; communication; conflict resolution; assertiveness; parenting; trauma counseling; teamwork; substance abuse screening and referrals.
