We are trying something a little different at THRP this month.

One of the best benefits of membership in THRP is that you can network with other HR professionals and learn from them.   In recognition of this, there will be no speaker for our June meeting.  Instead, you will have the opportunity to discuss your burning HR questions with your peers at roundtable discussions.  We ask that you submit questions or topics that you would like to discuss, as well as how many employees are in your organization, to Brandi McKinney at bmckinney@alabamacu.com.  Since employer size dictates much of how HR functions in an organization, we will divide the group into “Under 50 Employees” and “Over 50 Employees” categories.  Please come to the table prepared to discuss your successes and knowledge.  (“Learn From My Mistake” stories are also welcome – nobody is perfect, and both new and seasoned HR professionals can benefit from knowing what NOT to do!)
